1. General English

General English course will focus on every aspect of the English language including listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar.

2. English for Academic Purposes (EAP)

– to prepare you for study in an English speaking school or university.

This course is designed for students who wish to continue their studies in an English Speaking environment.

It aims to develop the English skills required to study in a higher education. This involves analytical skill, critical thinking, form an argument, write an academic essay, and design presentations.

  • Elementary English language level or above
  • An English test is usually required before admission
  • Academic-based lessons
  • Gain direct entry into selected vocational schools and universities
  • English schools generally have a specific intake and duration for the programme

3. English for Specific Purposes (ESP)

– to learn English for working in a specific context such as business, aviation, education, or tourism.

If you wish to enrol in a particular field of study or you are already working in a specific industry and wishing to improve your English skills, this course is for you.

This course will focus on developing the awareness of relevant terminology and using the English language in a professional context.

  • Intermediate English language level or above
  • An English test is usually required before admission

  • 5 weeks minimum enrolment

4. Examination Preparation

– to prepare you for taking English exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC or Cambridge Test.

The course will provide an overview of the test and how to approach each section in order to optimise your potential.
