Why use a licensed immigration adviser?

New Zealand immigration industry became fully regulated since 2009. This means that anyone who provides immigration advice must hold a current licence with the Immigration Advisers Authority. All licence holders must abide by a Code of Conduct and they will be responsible and accountable for their advice. This ensures that you will receive professional, accurate and up-to-date information which will maximise your chances of obtaining an outcome that you want.

What type of services do you offer?

BB Migration is the first company in Thailand to provide a one-stop immigration consultancy services for New Zealand. Here we can help you with your visa applications, education counselling, and translation of documents.

How do I find out if I am eligible for a visa?

Take a FREE initial eligibility test. We will get back to you with an overview of the visa options that are most suitable in your situation.

Can BB Migration guarantee a successful application?

No. We cannot guarantee a successful application. However, we will work hard and we will do everything we can to maximise your chances of success.

Can I get a refund for the fees if my application is refused?

We will be honest with your chances of success and we will only accept clients who would meet New Zealand immigration requirements and are likely to have a positive outcome to the application. If your application is denied because of an error or omission on the part of the licensed adviser or professional staff, we will refund all fees collected.

For education consultancy services – there is no service fee involved. If your student visa gets refused, we will liaise with the education provider on your behalf to ensure that you will get your course fees refunded.

How long does it take to get a visa?

The visa processing timeframe depends on the type of visa you are applying for and the complexity of your case; for instance, a general visitor visa normally takes 2 weeks to be processed while a work visa generally takes 2 months.

We are here to ensure that you are taking the shortest route to obtain a visa. You can fully benefit from our knowledge and experience by letting us take care of your application, so that it contains all information that your immigration officer will need when assessing the visa.

What are the costs involved in applying for a visa?

The costs in applying for a visa generally involve:

  • Document Translation
  • Police Certificate
  • English Test
  • Immigration Adviser Fees

Do you offer free translation?

Yes. We offer up to 3 pages of free document translation (maximum 400 source words/page) when you apply for a course or submit a visa application through us.
